Encapsulation

Encapsulation consists of 4 main steps. Setting up interior drainage, adding a Vapor Barrier Liner, Vent Covers, and lastly a dehumidifier.

During our Mold Testing, we will take samples, either from a surface or from the air. This sample will then determine whether your home has mold growth and what kind of mold it is.
Duct Cleaning

Air Duct Cleaning is the process of contaminants within the ductwork. We use powerful vacuums to collect all of the dust and debris to help prevent it from re-circulating throughout your home.

Insulating is a component of our Encapsulation service. During this service, we will use one of the three techniques of insulating a crawl space. Batt, Spray Foam or Foam Board. These all help provide protection of your crawl space, as well as help, prevent hot and cold air from entering your home.
Humidification/Dehumidification
  • Limits ceilings and walls from having wet spots.
  • Prevents mildew, mold, and pests
  • Helps with lowering energy costs.
